Worship teams often only get together on Sundays and for a mid week rehearsal. Team unity as well as giving your team a chance to worship without working is something that will help your band and AV crew work better together. That idea is what has brought about these workshops. Workshops are a great way for your team to get together, learn, fellowship, and grow. Its an in house, general session led event. The general sessions are broad stroke topics that will reach the whole team including topics on communication, stage presence, and discussing why we should hone our craft. Visit the contact page to connect with Jason and start talking about having an in house retreat at your church. The in house retreat is a great opportunity to bring churches around your community together. You can be the host church to encourage local community building!
Here is a proposed schedule:
9:30-10:15- General Session #1
10:30-11:15- General Session #2
12:30-1:15- General Session #3
1:15-1:45- Q & A
What are people saying about the workshops?
“We hosted Jason this past January for our winter/spring Worship & Arts retreat. In the past we’ve attempted to get people from all our various areas of the worship department (choir, orchestra, contemporary band) together for a retreat but found it difficult to find a speaker who could appeal to the wide range of ages and musical styles. We found our solution in Jason as his easy speaking style, his vast experience and his talent as a worship leader helped draw everyone together for a great day of collaboration and refreshment.”

“Jason’s workshop gave myself and my team the tools to take it to the next level. Let’s face it, workshops can be boring but Jason’s approach keeps them informative and challenging, all while keeping you engaged and laughing. My team loved it and their ownership of the ministry has been amazing ever since.”
